This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected when you visit our website at www.fondationnext.com (the \u201cSite\u201d), request our publications, or contact us via the Site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like many foundations, we hire third-party companies to perform certain marketing and research related services. All such third party companies function as our Processors, performing services at our instruction and on our behalf pursuant to contracts which require they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this Privacy Policy and implemented by Apr\u00e8s-demain.One of the required measures is the execution of a data processing agreement. When processing takes place outside the EEA, Apr\u00e8s-demain will take appropriate measures to comply with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of Switzerland and the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7 \u2013 Opt-In to Onward Transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 16 through the Site. If you are under 16, please do not give us any personal data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children\u2019s internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal data to us without their permission. The Foundation certifies that it adheres to the data protection requirements of the FADP and the GDPR.. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the GDPR Principles, the GDPR Principles shall prevail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
