This year, we offered employees from Apres-demain<\/a><\/strong> and Debiopharm <\/a><\/strong>the opportunity to participate in the “Outdoor Vest” support project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each purchase of a jacket, featuring the group\u2019s company colors, contributed to the D\u00e9marche cooperative<\/a><\/strong><\/strong>, which has been supported by our fondation since 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beneficiaries, primarily job seekers, from Textura<\/strong><\/a> , a D\u00e9marche entity specializing in textile recycling in the canton of Vaud, will benefit from digital training through the Rise Up<\/em> software.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comprising various modules on circular economy, job skills, and workplace safety, this self-guided training will help them familiarize themselves with digital tools and gain greater autonomy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
